I haven't seen yet any word about EMF coming from that kind of antennas and possible health risks. This antenna is intended to be placed not on a roof or similar, but very close to the person using it (just look at the article's picture showing the antenna on a table with a puppy looking at it).
If it consumes an average of 20-40W of power, that suggests that the radiation coming from it might be quite significant.
