I see a small business startup opportunity for one-time use mailing addresses. It would be a physical store or a section within a physical store (CVS, Kinkos etc.) that let's you create an address online such as "John 1358432" and you can pay a $5 fee to pick up your anonymous package. Not saying this doesn't have customer service ramifications but I think it should be best practice to purge customer information (Name, ShipTo, Payment Info, etc...) after the order has been delivered and closed. By no means is this a full proof solution but does limit sensitive data.
