doesn't mutiny require you run your own node?
Mutiny is a node, but you can run it in two ways:
- using their default server / domain (mutinywallet.com)
- run your own server on your own domain

No, they have an LSP by default. You can be ready to receive onchain or lightning in less than 1 minute. Very easy.
You can choice the more advance route of connecting to your lighting node as an option
