Travelling is about food too. Not just monuments or picturesque landscapes. I am not a huge fan of cheese, even less of warm cheese. However we tried this cheese dish while visiting Geneva. I must say that it was delicious. Can not remember fully the ingredients, though I think it was with bacon and mushrooms. We used some bread into the cheese. All along a nice local red wine. The restaurant was Les Armures in the city centre of Geneva. I can only recommend it to you.

Nice, love it and miss it. White wine tho with fresh bread sticks to dip it in :-)

Yes, I understand. I am more of red wines. Very rarely I like a white such as Riesling.
