Lame as it is, it is one my favorite food.
Currently, if I consume X amount of carbs I actually start to experience sleep spells. So I limit my carb intake a lot. But pb n j is mostly bread!
An alternative is crackers but I have switched to apples! To prevent oxidation(changing color) I dunk my apples in 7up or club soda.
I really enjoy tea as my daily routine, but for today's lunch I decided to have Assam milk tea. Paired interestly well with apricot jam and pb. I tried butter and jam with an apple slice..not quite the donut experience but kinda cheaper/healthier alternative. I used the black sesame soy flour, it was delicious when I dunked dragonfruit and mango.
Anyone have better alternative to apples? Or what does anyone experience sleep spells if they consume carbs?
