Surely this honour has to belong to the UK PM Rishi Sunak calling an election when 20 points behind in the polls?
Without a doubt it was a strange decision by Macron. I think that although there is unhappiness with Macron that doesn’t translate into votes for the far right coalition. He is in trouble that is for sure.
