The benefits of multisig far outweigh its tradeoffs. You will 10x your security at the cost of a slightly more complex implementation.

Basically, if you can do single sig cold storage, you definitely can do multisig.

Steps:

1. Gather all the material and install the software
2. Generate your Signing Keys with the dice and SeedSigner
3. Back up your Signing Keys on paper and metal
4. Export the Public Keys and generate the Vault in Sparrow
5. Back up the Wallet Descriptor
6. Print the recovery instructions
