Sorry, but if you run a business, and 90% of your customers are criminals, and they are paying you with stolen money, then you will be investigated by law enforcement.

The responsible thing to do, would have been to shut TornadoCash down once they realized that people weren't using it for legitimate purposes.
But no, they chose to empower criminals instead. Not a great business strategy.
