Are these items convertible into sats?
Only if they're given to SN as payment. Then SN can pay them out as sats in rewards.
Could you give an example of how it works? For example:
- buying items with sats
- zap other stackers with items
- etc

- buying items with sats
- zap other stackers with items
Then ...
- items paid to SN as fees for posting/commenting/zapping/donations go to the rewards pool
- SN pays rewards out in sats
Note: people will only use barter and have items if they don't have a lightning wallet attached for send/receive.

I don’t know how to attach wallet to send. Probably lack of knowledge. I don’t know how to connect any of the three options.
Attaching is more advanced and we have limited options. This will improve a lot over time, but for now it's pretty simple/poor.
Right now, the easiest attachment for sending is Alby (or any other wallet) with nostr wallet connect (nwc). If you don't have a wallet with NWC, then you might want to wait until we improve the options and have guides and stuff.
Play WoW for 1 month and you will see how to do it.

Bring the free market in place: create an auction house for cowboy credits if somebody wants to take them out of SN.
That means, somebody else in SN world will pay me 100 sats (outside SN) for 90 cowboy credits in a SN auction and the cowboy credits will always remain inside SN.

noooo! items gathered into WoS remain inside. You can use them to build your wagon, cowboy outfit or buy more guns and armies.

Yes, I'd love that. Perhaps we don't need a store though, and cowboy credits are items. Meaning, without using lightning, you are "stuck" using a barter system.
For example: Instead of
you have 3 cowboy credits, it's you have1 apple and 2 nails. Then, maybe if you get a certain configuration of cowboy credits, you can build new items. e.g. take 4 wheels, 100 nails, 20 wood boards and build a wagon.
