Hmm for me the most important is my health. As long as I'm healthy and progressing in a way where my health is improving instead of deteriorating, I know I'm on the right track. When I shifted my approach towards life to focusing on optimizing my health, everything else began to come easy because I have more energy and vitality, thus the capacity to do more and accomplish more.
With that being said, I do like keeping track of my progress through recorded daily metrics from wearables and the like, as well as writing daily in my journal in order to physically see how I'm progressing over the years. In this way, keeping a record of my health does give me solace and keeps me sane.
Nice, I use to write in a journal but I've switched it up to a planner. I think I'll switch back at the end of the year
