@ek I think I figured out why my zapping feels so delayed. I have the zap undo option enabled (or at least I did). I am also zapping with custodial sats on SN. But I no longer see the toast to cancel the zap. So instead I sit there for 5 seconds with no feedback, then finally the lightning bolt appears. Are you aware of this condition?

Yes, this was fixed in this PR. We didn't ship it yet though.
It will also show you a pulse animation instead of a toast now. When you click it, it undoes the zap. Let me know what you think about it when you finally see it!

Oh and sorry, I didn't think about zap undos might causing your delay. When you mentioned the delay for the first time, I didn't realize that zap undos are invisible.
