People become hypocrites when 'their guy' is the one being investigated.
No conservatives cared when Trump asked Putin and WikiLeaks (publicly) to hack her and leak DNC emails.
Anyone who cares too much about this is too invested in a power struggle they cannot contribute to.
I repeat: you are probably no one, and will most likely die in obscurity. Stop caring about bullshit like this, and think about practical steps to make your families life better.

Your inability to put forth an actual argument, suggests that you are, in fact, an American.
If 'appeal to authority' is a logical fallacy, then it's inverse 'derision of authority' isn't much better. Just because you disagree with the messenger, doesn't mean they are wrong.
Just because I think Donald Trump is a liar, who cheats his employees and people he plays golf with (unforgivable), doesn't mean that he is wrong 100% of the time. Or anywhere close to that.
That's what being an adult is about - being able to evaluate ideas on a thought by thought basis. Not by discrediting an idea simply by virtue of its messenger.
Then again, you sound like an American - and we all know that Americans have a serious maturity problem. And are generally poorly educated. And poor, at least compared to what their average economic potential is.

Look man, I don't know what Trump did wrong because the media are a bunch of lyers. He can hang for whatever he did, I don't care.
But what I see is the media wants it to end with him. And I'm not ok with that. There are so many crimes, for example former presidents and bill gates fucking babies and getting away with it. Let's see them all hang, right?

So how did you hear about Bill Gates allegedly banging babies? From... the media? Or, was it media that you 'trust'? If so, you are just another hypocrite.
Or... was it from social media... from random people, who may just be shitposting? Or from automated bots? Or people who just want to cause chaos, because they are trying to feel powerful online because in real life they are basement dwelling losers?

Do you want to know the reason why Trump is a net negative? It's because he has encouraged other people to act like assholes. Shit, I'm normally a pretty mild mannered guy - but I'm writing like an asshole right now.
He has encouraged people like you to say 'lets see them all hang' - he has encouraged people to think violent, destructive thoughts that are damaging to the social fabric. He has encouraged you, instead of trying to become smarter and learn how to filter trust/falsehoods, you just say throw your arms up and say 'fuck it, they are liars'. Why? That's why I dislike him - because he creates instability. Stability is good. You can't have civilization, or economic progress, or anything good really without stability.
