A global survey found that out of one billion full-time employees worldwide, only 15% are engaged at work. This means that an astronomical 85% of people are unhappy at their jobs.
Why are the statistics so high?
What do you think? What percentage of people like their work?
Well, doing a job is a sucker! In fact only those can like the job who are having a mindset of a slave!!!
Yes, there are jobs of C level as well and only a few reach there so they don't count. I'm talking about a job that requires you to continuously do the same work sitting or standing.

So why don't people quit their jobs? Why do they continue to do their work even if they don't like it?
reply
They do it for a simple reason of their essential needs.

They can also do their own work. Why should they bother looking for a job? There are so many things in this world that are worth more than a job

My job allows me to set my schedule, work from home, etc., as long as I meet the KPIs that I also set. But alas, it is still a job and I am still a slave to it.
For now.

Hello, in many cases there are people who have no choice but to continue in the same job. At some point I worked for a clinic in Venezuela and I stayed there out of necessity, today after having emigrated to Peru I work for myself as a salesman and I I love my job.

It's probably because for the most part, people almost never work in places that are nice to them and mostly only keep those jobs because they need them to feed their families. It is well known that, in most cases, you end up working whatever it takes to be able to pay the bills from month to month.
