What an absolute travesty. Cumulative payment fees throughout history have likely hindered unimaginable progress across the world. Lightning fixes this. 👀
I think the effect of LN is a little bit exaggerated. Bitcoin could come first and it has really high adoption in "problematic" areas like Russia, Ukraine, African countries or Latin America. However, despite that, the overall adoption seems not enough to eat significant part of this pie.
