Not all the time somebody else have to decide for you. Depending on your own journey, you will get "helped" or "instructed" with little clues that only you can decode them. It is only you to decide and find the right path. Some will just want to live this "human life" over and over, they do not want something else. So they will be forever trapped into same pattern and universe. Like forever slaves, forever lost souls. Some will want to explore more worlds, passing through other universe. Some will pursue directly the highest level - starseed, but that is like cheating and could end up in infinite loop.
