Looks like a non-premined rune got some traction called BITCOIN•HAMSTER•RUNE, makes no sense which ones gain traction but this will happen from time to time, especially as the new handle lengths unlock over time

It's OKX exchange screwing up a consolidation: #565460
Basically they're trying to outbid themselves, without taking into account whether the txs are even economical. Probably an automated system that went haywire.
