Donnie has his annual vet visit tomorrow. he's a very anxious cat, cause he basically only knows me. He's my Emotional Service Pet, and doesn't know a lot of people, that's why. Super sweet with me, but literally hisses at most other people. Any ideas on taking him to the vet tomorrow. They usually have to literally hold him down with gloves and a hazmat suit HAHA j/k to give his shots!

Talk to him. Calmly tell him that what is happening is to help him. Whether or not he understands you to debatable. If you know that you told him, then at least you know you tried. Also, as @Satosora said, be there with him during it if you can.

bringing his favorite toy might help, too.
Also, you could cone him before he goes in, so that he gets used to the cone and he wont see the vet give him a shot.

I can tell you, if you are there to comfort him, it will be a lot easier and less stressful for your cat.

Let them hold him by the scruff of the neck. But they don't seem to have much luck.
