Have...you heard of "banking"?  I hear its also pretty regulated.  Also, likes to fail.

The real estate industry is the most goverment overreach overregulated industry and simultaneously the one industry that's failing the most. 

I say: Governments filthy fingers out of housing. Deregulate real estate now. More capitalism instead of socialism now.
