Jrue Holiday and Derrick White are excellent perimeter defenders; they are both on the NBA second all defensive team this season. Jason Tatum and Jaylen Brown are also athletic forwards that play decent perimeter defense.
I should also mentioned that Jrue Holiday was voted best defender of the league by players' anonymous voting last season, and he was voted number 2 this season (Wemby was number 1). If you don't believe in the so called awards voting by media/analysts, the players anonymous voting should be a good indicator of actual defensive prowess.

I didn't see that Wemby won that player vote. It felt like Jrue won that every season.

Its a poll by the Athletic. Somewhat official, but not NBA organized official.
Players voted Victor Wembanyama as the league’s best defender right now. The Frenchman, who received 15.2% of total votes, led the league in blocks, averaging 3.58 per game.
Jrue Holiday followed with 12.9% of the votes, and Luguenz Dort came in second with 9.8%.

LeBron was really praising Dort on his podcast with J.J.
He said something like “You don’t mess around trying to dribble in front Lu Dort.”

Dort was really good, look at the stats comparison on Luka in the OKC series versus the Twolves series.
Luka Doncic has averaged 24.7 points, 10.5 rebounds and 8.7 assists in 6 games versus the Thunder in the playoffs in his career. https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/luka-playoffs-stats-vs-okc
Luka Doncic has averaged 32.4 points, 9.6 rebounds and 8.2 assists in 5 games versus the Timberwolves in the playoffs in his career. https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/luka-playoffs-stats-vs-timberwolves
At the same time, it goes to show how elite of an offensive player is Luka; and it also verifies the saying "good offense will beat good defense".
For comparison reasons, look at poor BI under Dort's watch...
Brandon Ingram has averaged 14.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 4 games versus the Thunder in the playoffs in his career. https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/brandon-ingram-playoffs-stats-vs-okc
