Will have to look a bit deeper at what happened to both prices, types of building and the number of entrepreneurs after these tall buildings throughout history have been built. Would be a nice follow-up to this analysis into financial speculation.

By this article's definition a skyscraper is the tallest of buildings; however, I'd like to see this expanded to tall office buildings period.

On any given day in Austin, I walk past or see 8 large commercial buildings under construction which have to be correlated to the previous period of credit expansion.
