SN can be addictive. It’s like a social media site in that way. Zaps and notifications give a dopamine rush. So I don’t think it is an addiction but it can evoke addictive behaviours.

According to me, addiction is when you have a strong physical or psychological need or urge to do or use something. It is a dependence on a substance or activity, even if you know it is harmful to you. It can interfere with your daily life.
