I just want to point out the reporter is a little confused. The Lummis letter that was referred to in court was sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland. He is not a Supreme Court Justice.
And thank goodness for that. A seat that is now occupied by Neil Gorsuch. Who succeeded the late great Scalia
