Not a large company but they do seem to be growing revenue consistently year over year so if they stick to the plan their Bitcoin buys should increase over time.

This is the biggest thing for these companies. Bitcoin likely isnt gonna save those who are dying, they need to actually have a net income.

Supposedly they are sitting on another 60M in cash so I expect this was a trial run and they will buy more in the future.
reply
I totally agree with you. This was just a trail run and they will definitely buy more in future.

Good to see news releases like this. They obviously don't talk about how the board came around to bitcoin, but I bet that would be an interesting story as well.

Revenue growth, saving for the raining days, good for them.

Do you have a link to where it says ETF vs BTC?

No...I can get you a link that proves me wrong though...
Historical Execution
In May 2024, we purchased 581 bitcoins at an aggregate purchase price of $40 million, inclusive of fees and expenses. We purchased the bitcoin over-the-counter through a bitcoin liquidity provider. We negotiated fees related to trading commissions. We executed trades using a time-weighted average price over a prearranged time period that was expected to be low price volatility and high market liquidity to limit cost and pricing risks. In selecting our liquidity provider, we evaluated pricing, annual trading volume, security and customer service.
Custody
Our bitcoins are held offline in cold storage with a third-party provider. Digital assets like bitcoin depend on private keys to retrieve and transfer funds.
