I mean it's interesting, isn't it? For stuff like political division my gut feeling might agree. But looking at life expectancy and war is straight up incorrect. Third seeing music and fashion you just know that your mind is playing tricks on you.

Crime is the one that jumped out at me. It's just objectively false that it's worse today, although it has been getting worse. The 60's and 70's had much higher crime rates.

I feel likr many conservative bitcoiners have this issue as well.

There's a stupid question from me. When do you think that America wasn't great according to data?
What I can see sitting far off from there there's no such data anywhere else that represents more greatness than America's in recent history. America is not great for nothing. Even with the highest debt under its belt 'America is great and Dollar is still worth around the globe.'
