Of course I've heard on lightning. But you can't make complex smart contracts with it, can you?
oh well, depends on what you mean, there's for sure certain limitations, but the higher level/layer we go on bitcoin, the more is possible, and it's a feature
bitcoin and lightning are per se smart contracts
