I can only speak from my limited experience. Lovely people, lovely food and everyone proud of their region AND their country (except in Istanbul…. but this was 25 years ago)

tea is so sweet you can feel your teeth rattling in your head..

Not adding sugar is the way! even with the coffee, sade sade sade:)

and no European wants to go to a Turkish bath house as its considered ‘unmanly’. And then you have your first massage, you feel amazing and then want to go back every other day!

I always tell friends is a MUST, it's sooooo good! but don't go to the touristy ones in istanbul. 👀
