submit error: pending invoices and withdrawals must not cause balance to exceed 100k sats

Same. Getting the error when trying to pay the invoice, too.
Simply wait until the territory is due, then click the ‘pay’ button. An invoice will pop up that you can pay.
I don't understand how any of this works and I'm so confused
