since the state is violating (wo)men's right to travel, do it with a passport (there's other advanced ways that I know of but didn't try) We can have a passport without being citizens

yes, you could say like that because you signed the contract!

but that's what I found so far - finding the sweet spot so that no one would annoy you and it buys you more time to keep learning and improve your setup.
