The Carrot Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
3 medium carrots
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
A bit of salt
Method of preparation:
1-In a blender, beat the carrots, eggs and oil until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
2-In a bowl, mix the sugar, wheat flour, yeast and salt.
3-Add the blender mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well until you obtain a smooth dough without lumps.
4-Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
5-Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and firm to the touch.
6-Wait to cool before unmolding and serve in generous slices.
