I've been thinking about the saying: "Socialism for the rich and capitalism for the poor" While I agree with what it's meant to convey (which is, essentially the Cantillon effect), I can't get over the fact that it portrays socialism as the "good" system. What's a better way to say it?

"Socialized losses, privatized gains" is a better description, but it's not of exactly the same thing.

That's really good, but most people probably haven't heard of bail-ins.
