Ingredients for making Sirloin with Bacon:
500 grams of pork loin
250 grams of thinly sliced bacon
1 piece of lemon
1 unit of orange
1 handful of ground pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
0.4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 handful of seasonings to taste (garlic powder, onion powder, spicy smoked paprika, turmeric)
1 handful of oregano

How to make Sirloin with Bacon:
1- Start by separating the ingredients. Separate the pork loin, the seasonings of your choice, the mustard, the Worcestershire sauce, the lemon and the orange. Separate the bacon. Ideally, the bacon is cut into thin slices, to wrap around the loin. Finely slicing will make this step of the recipe preparation process easier.
2- Once this is done, clean the loin well and remove all the fat. The loin will be wrapped in slices of bacon, ideally without external fat. Make cuts with a knife in the pork loin, so that the seasonings enter the meat and are absorbed.
3-Then add the lemon and orange juices to the pork loin. Let it absorb the flavors for about five minutes.
4-Then add salt and seasonings of your choice. Also add the yellow mustard. Stir everything well to incorporate the flavors. Leave covered for about five minutes.
5-Then add the ground pepper. Prefer freshly ground pepper. Again, mix well to incorporate the flavors.
6-Once this is done, wrap the pork loin with the sliced bacon and, using wooden sticks or string, attach the bacon to the meat. This prevents them from coming loose when baking. In the roasting pan, place the meat. Brush the seasoning over the meat.
7-With the oven preheated to 220 degrees, place the pork loin to roast. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
8-After this time, remove your loin with bacon from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes and you can slice it.
