I told you so, didn't I? Well, sort of. They wanted to go after farmers, but pretty much all farmers are white guys, so they needed to add on this little virtue signal for PR reasons.
This seems like it's going to be the approach: Go after one politically relevant constituency at a time.

It's mostly just a virtue signal.
Almost all farmers are established white guys, so there aren't very many who will qualify for this.

It will be tight. Lots will stay home. I personally think Trump would win, but for the abortion issue. I project lots of women will hold their noses and quietly vote Dem.

Yeah, but in my experience even the people publicly against abortion want secret access for their daughters and side-pieces. They don't mind being hypocritical about this at all.
