That may change now, with Lightning fees might finally come down. This one charges 2% now, I hope it can be profitable at that margin

Vancouver has been the place for Bitcoin evolution since beginning. I remember someone told me that the most friendly Bitcoin place in North America is Vancouver. You can even buy a can of beer almost everywhere in Vancouver with your sats. Indeed, a great place for Bitcoiners.
