This is just stupid. The government trying to get their fingers in everything. Do they really think this will prevent whistleblowers from suicide? More like they will stop coming forward even more because they are more scared.

I think the government is there to serve us, not the other way around. How many people will be tempted to whistleblow if there are conditions to it? They are just making the problem worse.
