Ingredients:
1 package of dry organic yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 and a half cups of warm milk
1 egg
100g melted butter
salt
500g wheat flour
1 yolk
1 tablespoon of milk
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, add and beat the yeast, sugar, milk, egg, butter and salt.
- In a bowl, add the flour and mix the contents of the blender with a whisk.
- Then, knead well with your hands and leave to rest for 40 minutes, until it doubles in size.
- Make balls of the dough and place them next to each other in a pan greased with butter and floured.
- Mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush over all the balls.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
