Ingredients:
1 package of dry organic yeast 1/2 cup sugar 1 and a half cups of warm milk 1 egg 100g melted butter salt 500g wheat flour 1 yolk 1 tablespoon of milk Method of preparation:
  1. In a blender, add and beat the yeast, sugar, milk, egg, butter and salt.
  2. In a bowl, add the flour and mix the contents of the blender with a whisk.
  3. Then, knead well with your hands and leave to rest for 40 minutes, until it doubles in size.
  4. Make balls of the dough and place them next to each other in a pan greased with butter and floured.
  5. Mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush over all the balls.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
