Try obsidian and start small. One click into a daily note and write down goals/plans/thoughts. Once you get into the habit, it starts becoming a valuable resource.

I paid for a years worth of Obsidian to help commit to it before, but it really didn't stick. I find messaging myself links, lists, reminders, etc. in Telegram covers most of what I need.
