Bitcoiners often talk about their realizations about "adult" money.
But I am interested of your childhood memories of understanding money (or missunderstanding).
I can go first: My mom once gave me a 20€ note - she was lost in thoughts with some office work and didn't think about it. I must have been 6-8 or something like that so I didn't understand how much that was either. I walked downtown on this nice summer evening to the ice cream shop. Back in the day ice cream was may 50ct per scoop or something. So the ice cream man gave me a huge cone with the maximum that would fit on it and I still got money back. That day I realized how rich adult money was if spent on kids stuff. And that price and serotonin gained from money do not correlate at all (I probably wouldn't have worded it like that back then xD).
What are some of your firsts experiences with money? Preferably dumb childhood stories.
