Not crazy about the idea to downvote. If it were implemented, I think it should be much more expensive than upvoting. Like someone already stated, blocking is a good alternative.

If you use the new poll feature, any sats from votes or creating the poll goes towards rewards. I think that's a good option if downvotes were implemented.
