When was the last time you have used or have seen someone use a fountain pen?
I remember when l was younger, l saw them being used more often, but now as l get older, l dont see them as much.
It could be the environment l am around, but l always remember one on my fathers desk.
When was the last time you have seen cursive? I heard schools dont teach it anymore, thats a shame because you could put your own artistic flair in your writing.

I picked up calligraphy recently and found it a very relaxing art form. Besides that I never used them, but there is a whole world to learn about different styles and purposes behind them. What do you use them for?

I think it really depends what you want to use your pen for.
If you want it just for signatures, I would get a pen that has a broad nib.
If you are using it to write a lot, you will have to experiment.
Depending on your paper, you will have to change the nib sizes.

I collect fountain pens and use them daily. It's actually one of my proclivities. I have expensive, fancy French and Japanese inks, and such. LOL
I get lots of favor writing old school thank you notes in my business life.

Actually, it would be kind of cool to be able to buy a fountain pen with satoshi's.
Maybe I should make that my goal? lol
