Yes, I think he has had some mental health struggles. To be honest, though, that tweet can be taken as a positive. Perhaps he is finding a way out of his troubles

Yeah I’m aware of all that but he’s been MIA, sharing regrets of his actions, people are sending him prayers. Hope he comes out of this stronger!
