Ehhhh I wouldn’t give him near that type of credit… there are so many pro crypto Dems in the House that will rebel that it would be a move that would only hurt his slight minority in the Senate. He has his biggest crypto skeptic Dems up for reelection and while Warren will win Sherrod Brown… it ain’t looking to hit for him

Yeah they typically do it with something bigger though like the NDAA I wouldn’t have guessed they would use the reauth that’s a wild move cause he might not have the votes himself
