Ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas
  • 150 gr oat flour or oatmeal flour Optional: -A tablespoon of natural yogurt -Vanilla to taste -cocoa powder To give these little cakes a more delicious extra, you can fill them with chocolate, strawberries, blueberries or whatever fruit you want.
Preparation: 1-Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) 2- Prepare the molds for the cupcakes. 3-Join all the ingredients in the blender for a minute or until everything is integrated. 4-Then, if you want, you can add the chocolate or fruit chips of your choice. 5-Bake for 25 minutes if you use normal molds.
