Creating value is difficult, that's why it's valuable.
Anything worth doing is hard.
and then the crazy part that I found is that many makers are not being rewarded fairly, resellers trend made the most, international resellers > local resellers > makers, those who do all the HARD work are only having a tiny bite of the cake, yet it takes years to master those skills.
The death of both Dennis Ritchie and Steve Jobs, which happened only a week apart, is a perfect example of this.

Creating is hard - hard but doable, it just takes so much time and focus; no wonder people choose to consume.
