Settings -> emergency toolkit -> save state
Then setup your server and do the import state option.

Thanks to both you and @yonle. Are you considering on adding the option to automatic save of this state to a configurable user cloud storage? Like Google Cloud, iCloud and NextCloud?

just backup the state file and then import it when you set up your own server.
