Went through draining process on Phoenix to on chain address, but looks like fee was quite low. Pretty sure user didn’t have option to choose fee in drain tx. Looks like about 12 sat/vB. Will it clear, could it be changed? @ACINQ @phoenix

Same thing happened to me.
You can use Sparrow wallet to do a CPFP transaction if you want to speed it up!
You’ll see the option if you look at your wallet transactions in Sparrow- right click the “unconfirmed” and select CPFP (child pays for parent)
Sparrow has a really nice interface and you’ll learn a lot just by using it!
