The websites aversion to uppercase letters and periods at the end of sentences makes me uneasy lol
But this is really cool. I’ve never done the patch model as a way of actually delivering changes, only PRs. Though I often create patch files or diffs to describe changes for reference. Presumably it’s not much more than that.
It will be hard to supplant GitHub as it’s very easy to use and extremely well adopted. I don’t see most developers seeing a need to change. But it’s definitely valuable for developers working on projects that are likely candidates of removal or banning.
I think all devs should move to this platform. Why allow Microsoft to scan FOSS code and then make it propriety?

yes, and often it's FOSS... if it wasn't then we'll all just be buying Nostr products. like Nostr forms-- Adobe forms, clients for social-- X, telegram . If we aren't buying it then we're giving something up, often our privacy. Which has become the norm and business model for business like google
