Hmm... The receiving offline seems iffy to me.
What's to stop the sender from claiming the ecash token before the receiver can claim it?
If an ecash token is unspendable (because the mint is offline) then what good is it?
My understanding is that while ecash is a bearer asset, it's only so after it has been "blessed" by the mint. Otherwise you'd have a double-spending problem.
