In order for that they will have to declare Bitcoin money. And they can't do that. PERIOD.
If they will do that, then is OVER for central banks. We win.

Yeah that was my first thought too. Are they going to come after self hosting your own wallets and nodes next?
At the very least they are happy to be vague about it and let people think that it may be next on the chopping block.
