And it's wild how the money is going to just three states so far... Arizona, Texas, and Wisconsin. There was an article in the WSJ (I think) a couple of weeks ago that talked about how slow the money had come out. If Biden doesn't win reelection it talked about how the government will just unload the rest of the billions because under Trump its likely the money wont be given out to these huge companies.
i.e. the money spigot at the end of the year could blow up
