He does. I have heard Tracy sing this live with a much softer, relaxed tone. Sometimes her songs have a little forced-ness to them. I realised I mostly prefer singing to have an effortless vibe to it rather than forced (if I'm making any sense lol). I still do like Tracy Chapman though. 

As good as Tracy Chapman's is, Ronan just has this way of making it sound gorgeous.
